My number is up

I was at the post office recently and there was a guy checking his PO box who offered to tell me if my Camry would be recalled. He explained that he works at the local dealership, so I said I was more than happy to know if I am driving a recalled vehicle.  Jerry reached up under my gas pedal and said I'd indeed be getting a recall letter.  He said it takes time to get to everyone, but if the pedal felt funny in the meantime, go ahead and bring it in. I wasn't sure if I felt better or worse after knowing, but I just got my official letter so it's no big deal.  For the record, I have no problem with Toyota and would buy another one in a heartbeat.
